Emergency
Emergency callouts
Systems pick the hottest week to fail. Ring us and we will get someone out to you as fast as we can.
Air conditioning rarely fails on a mild day. It fails in the first week of a heatwave, in a server room on a Friday evening, or in a restaurant an hour before service. When it does, you need someone who will answer the phone and turn up.
We provide emergency callouts for the systems we have installed and for systems fitted by others. Ring us, tell us what is happening, and we will get an F-Gas qualified engineer out to you as fast as we can. Callouts outside office hours are available on request.
Our engineers carry the tools and the common parts needed to diagnose the leading makes and, wherever the parts allow, repair them on the first visit. Where a part has to be ordered we tell you straight away, make the system safe, and come back to finish the job.
What is included
Diagnosed, repaired, explained.
A callout starts with a proper diagnosis, not a guess. We check the controller and any error codes, the refrigerant charge, the electrics and the outdoor unit, and we tell you what has failed and why before any work is done.
You get a clear price for the repair, the work carried out there and then wherever the parts allow, and a straight answer if a system is at the point where repair no longer makes sense.

When you ring
What happens next.
A breakdown is stressful enough without wondering whether anyone is coming. This is how a callout runs.
-
01
You ring us
Tell us what the system is doing, or not doing, and where you are. The numbers are at the top of every page.
-
02
We ask a few questions
Any error code on the controller, whether the outdoor unit is running, and when the system was last serviced. It often tells us what to bring.
-
03
An engineer is booked
We get someone out to you as fast as we can, and we tell you honestly when that will be rather than promising a time we cannot keep.
-
04
Diagnosed and repaired
Many faults can be put right on the first visit. Where a part has to be ordered we say so, make the system safe, and come back to finish.
-
05
Kept that way
Once it is running we can put it on a maintenance schedule, so the next hot week is one you do not have to think about.

Questions
Asked before most jobs.
How quickly can you get to me?
As fast as we can, and we will tell you honestly when that is when you ring. It depends on where you are and what else is booked that day. We cover the South East, so we are rarely far away.
Do you attend systems you did not install?
Yes. We repair the leading makes whoever fitted them. Where we can see the original installation was the cause of the fault we will say so, and tell you what it would take to put right.
What should I check before I ring?
That the system has power, whether the controller is showing an error code, and whether the outdoor unit is running. None of it is essential, but it helps us bring the right parts.
Do you offer callouts outside office hours?
Yes, on request. Ring the mobile number and we will tell you what we can do. Businesses on a maintenance contract get priority response between visits.
In their words
“Their installation actually enhanced the architectural aesthetics of a high design environment.”
