Four Daikin condenser units installed on a commercial flat roof

Commercial

Commercial air conditioning

Offices, shops, restaurants and workspaces: designed properly, installed around your hours, and maintained so it never becomes your problem.

A comfortable building is part of how a business runs: staff concentrate, customers stay longer, and stock and equipment are protected. We design and install commercial air conditioning to fit the building and the way you use it.

That ranges from single split systems in a small office to VRV and VRF systems serving whole floors, with zoning so different areas hold different temperatures independently.

Downtime is the enemy, so we plan installation around your hours, working evenings and quieter periods where it helps, and we maintain what we install so it stays reliable.

For your building

Designed, zoned and maintained.

The survey tells us the heat load, the layout and the hours the building works. The design follows: the right system, sized honestly, zoned where it earns its keep, and specified for running cost as much as performance.

Afterwards we keep it maintained on a schedule in line with the manufacturer’s requirements, with servicing planned around your business and fast response when something needs attention.

  • Offices, retail, restaurants and workspaces
  • Split, multi split, VRV and VRF systems
  • Zoning for independent control by area
  • Installation planned around your business hours
  • Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric equipment
  • Maintenance contracts with fast response

The options

The systems we install, and where each one fits.

Most of the decision is made by the building rather than the budget, and we will tell you plainly which of these suits yours.

Split One indoor unit paired with one outdoor unit. The right answer for a single office, a small shop floor or a server room.
Multi split Several indoor units running from one outdoor unit. Useful where roof or yard space is tight and you cannot put up a condenser per room.
VRV and VRF One set of plant serving many indoor units, each controlled independently, so one room can heat while another cools. Whole floors and larger buildings.
Ceiling cassette Sits flush in a suspended ceiling and throws air out in four directions. Suits open retail and restaurant floors where wall space is at a premium.
Ducted The unit itself is hidden in the ceiling void and all that shows in the room is a slim grille. For interiors where the equipment should not be seen at all.

Questions

Asked before most jobs.

Can you install without closing the business?

Usually, yes. We plan the work around your hours, use evenings and quieter periods where it helps, and sequence the job so areas come back into use as we go.

What is a VRV or VRF system?

A system where one set of outdoor units serves many indoor units, each individually controlled. It suits offices and larger buildings because different rooms can heat or cool independently at the same time.

Do you offer maintenance contracts?

Yes. Commercial systems are serviced on a schedule in line with the manufacturer’s requirements, with priority response between visits. It keeps the system efficient and the warranty valid.

Which businesses do you work with?

Offices, shops, restaurants and bars, studios and workspaces across the South East. If the building is unusual, that is what the survey is for: we look first and quote honestly.

In their words

“Their installation actually enhanced the architectural aesthetics of a high design environment.”
